Fees & Registration
The player registration process involves two payments. One to Baseball Australia/Baseball Victoria (your player registration) and one to the Ringwood Baseball Club (Your club fees).
If you are having trouble the committee will have equipment available after Club training sessions to provide assistance.
The Baseball Australia registration and fee must be completed online through the Baseball Australia login page (link in Season Fees section). This includes player association fees and insurance which is why those members who also played the 2024/25 Summer season will be charged a lesser amount by the system. This registration is mandatory for all players in order to be selected to play and must be completed before their first game.
The club component includes MWBL fees, council fees, facilities upkeep, equipment costs (e.g. training and game balls), lights, etc. Payment methods for the club fees can be found below.
A player is not considered registered until their fees are paid.
No player, junior or senior, owing fees from the previous season will be allowed to take the field. Both the association and club components must be paid in full by season start to be available for selection.

*A 1.6% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions. Cash and Direct Deposit (see below) transactions are not subject to a surcharge.
